As the end of the age draws nearer, a battle between two arch rivals in the top ranks has finally begun. Rage of Absalom was waved by the kingdom of My Little Pony today on April 10, YR10. The initial wave dropped Rage just under 8k acres, and in response, Rage proceeded to launch their wave back at My Little Pony. As it currently stands, both sides have attacked for roughly 12k acres. Speculation can be made on whether a war is about to begin, but neither side could confirm.
When asked whether or not a war is coming, AquaSeaFoam, of Rage replied: "MLP is clearly very well prepared and a strong opponent, but Rage has always come through so far and in the end i don't expect this time to be any different."
Neoptolemos, from MLP said: "It'll be fun.. outcome.. destruction hopefully", when asked how he expected the war to end if it occurs.
Regardless of how this conflict ends, the last few weeks of the age will certainly be more exciting with some action in the top ranks, something the utopian community has not seen much of in the last several ages.

The kingdom of Rage of Absalom has continued to climb the charts lately, and have recently broken into the top 10 land rankings. Currently ranked 9th in land, Rage decided yesterday to continue to topfeed by waving the 5th ranked kingdom of Slurp, aka Strategy Lost. The wave from Rage comes in retaliation to several randoms made by Strategy Lost over the course of the last couple weeks.
On May 13th YR6, in the initial wave from Rage, roughly 5k acres were taken from Strategy Lost, who replied with a wave for roughly 5k acres of their own. Currently, neither kingdom has lost a substantial amount of acres, but neither has gained.
Titan, monarch of Rage of Absalom commented: "The small dogs look at the big dogs; They observe unwieldy dimensions and curious imperfections of odor."

Over 1 week ago a war broke out between two talented warring kingdoms. Ballers and Puffy began a war on March 6th, YR5 after Puffy did a wave into Ballers to start the battle. A week later, and nearly 1500 attacks, Ballers has decided to put an end to the war by withdrawing over 1 Utopian Year after the war began, on March 19th, YR6.
Both kingdoms took a substantial amount of damage during the war. Puffy saw 9 provinces die while Ballers saw 2. Despite inaccuracies in each kingdoms' paper, the server charts show Ballers losing roughly 19k acres, and Puffy losing 10k. Oddly enough, Ballers managed to gain nearly 5k honor in the war, while Puffy neither lost nor gained a significant amount.
Ballers commented: "We had a nice war, we would like to say thanks for the 9 joints we puffed up. Was it an Xmas present or New Years gift?"
Puffy commented: "Our orc didn't have to defect in order for us to get the win! Great job to our guys, it was a great battle in which the good guys came up on top. LL Puffy!"

On January 17th, YR6 they moved into 14th place on the server, after a wave of attacks into the kingdom of Lothlorien, who now sit in 24th position. The kingdom of Brute Force is managing to stay busy during the holiday season. After being waved for a war twice in close succession, they once again have attracted the attention of another top ranked kingdom. This time it was My Little Pony who decided to send some attacks at Brute Force. So far, Brute has responded with several attacks of their own, with neither kingdom losing nor gaining a substantial amount of acres.
Currently, My Little Pony has nearly 40k more acres than Brute Force, a clear advantage should the two kingdoms war. Whether or not they do, it should still be interesting to see which kingdom can better the other in the days to come.
