Stronger elites that are harder to obtain and we dont know anything about how the gains will be tweaked.. I am a monarch, and twice this age provinces have quit the game, but released everything they had and sent it to me prior to doing it. It took me weeks to recover, and because of the rapid happiness drop, I got hit hard and dropped 600 acres as well.
